Privacy policy

LicentieVoordeel processes personal data to fulfil your order, to manage an account if you create one, and to reply to messages via the contact form. The controller is LicentieVoordeel.

What data

For an order we ask at least for your name and email address. Optional: phone number, address, company name, company registration and VAT number. For an account we store login data (passwords as a hash, not in readable form).

Payment

Payments run via bunq. We do not store payment details. LicentieVoordeel does not store card or iDEAL data. The payment partner processes those details in its own secure environment.

Suppliers

To deliver your licence we pass the data required for the order to our licence supplier. We do not pass on more than is needed to fulfil the order.

Statistics

We use Matomo (hosted at matomo.webmedia-nijmegen.nl) and a first-party visitor overview in the shop admin to see which pages are visited and which site or campaign people come from. We do not store IP addresses, do not build advertising profiles, and keep these statistics for at most 90 days. You can disable tracking in your browser (Do Not Track) or refuse cookies.

Live chat

The site has a live chat button. If you use it, your name, email address, optional phone number, question and any attachments go to our support environment so we can help you. Screen sharing only happens if you give permission yourself.

Retention

We keep order and licence data for as long as needed for delivery, administration and legal obligations. Account data remains until you ask us to delete the account.
