Privacy policy

LicentieVoordeel processes personal data to fulfil your order, to manage an account if you create one, and to reply to messages via the contact form. The controller is Label 111 Ltd.

What data

For an order we ask at least for your name and email address. Optional: phone number, address, company name, company registration and VAT number. For an account we store login data (passwords as a hash, not in readable form).

Payment

Payments run via Stripe. We do not store payment details. LicentieVoordeel does not store card or iDEAL data. The payment partner processes those details in its own secure environment.

Suppliers

To deliver your licence we pass the data required for the order to our licence supplier. We do not pass on more than is needed to fulfil the order.

Retention

We keep order and licence data for as long as needed for delivery, administration and legal obligations. Account data remains until you ask us to delete the account.
