Delivery

Licences are delivered digitally. There is no physical shipping unless that is stated on the product page (for example software on a USB stick).

When

After payment the licence supplier processes your order. Some products can be assigned quickly; others take longer. Once the licence is available we send a delivery email with the download link and manuals. The licence key is only shown in My account or on your order page.

Where to find your licence

On the order page after payment, or via Look up a licence with order number and email address. With an account you also see purchases under My account.

That account belongs to this shop: sign in, register and view orders on our own pages, with the same session as checkout.
