Delivery

Licences are delivered digitally. There is no physical shipping unless that is stated on the product page (for example software on a USB stick).

When

After payment the licence supplier processes your order. Some products can be assigned quickly; others take longer. We only show the licence when it is actually available.

Where to find your licence

On the order page after payment, or via Look up a licence with order number and email address. With an account you also see purchases under My account.

That account belongs to this shop: sign in, register and view orders on our own pages, with the same session as checkout.
