Terms and conditions

These terms apply to orders in the LicentieVoordeel shop. By placing an order you agree to this text.

Products

We sell digital software licences. What a licence includes (edition, term, number of devices) is on the product page and in the publisher’s terms. We are not the publisher; the terms of Microsoft, Adobe and other brands still apply.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euro, including VAT, unless stated otherwise. You pay in our payment partner’s secure environment. The contract is formed when payment is received.

Delivery

Delivery is digital. Once the supplier has assigned the licence, it is visible on your order page and via Look up a licence. Delivery time differs per product.

Account

Sign-in, registration, password reset and viewing orders or licences happen on this shop’s account pages, with the same session as cart and checkout.

Withdrawal and returns

Digital licences issued after payment usually cannot be returned: the code is then already assigned to you. If a licence does not work, contact us via Contact with your order number. We will take it up with the supplier.

Liability

We deliver the licence as we receive it from the supplier. We are not liable for the operation of the software itself or for use that breaches the publisher’s terms.
