How an order works

You pay LicentieVoordeel via Stripe Checkout. After a confirmed payment we purchase the matching licence from the catalogue supplier and put the details on your order page. You are not sent to a wholesaler’s payment environment.

Account and licences

Sign-in, registration, password reset, orders and licence lookup live on our own account pages — with the same session as cart and checkout. There is no separate customer area from the shop software.

What we do and do not promise

Prices, product names and availability come from our live catalogue. We do not invent quality marks, partner status or test scores. Specifications the supplier does not provide, we do not fill in.
