LicentieVoordeel sells digital software licences. After a licence code is assigned, the product generally cannot be undone like a physical item.

If a licence does not work

Contact us via the contact form with your order number. We take the report up with the supplier. We do not promise an outcome we cannot substantiate; we fix what we can actually restore or replace.

Withdrawal

For digital content the right of withdrawal may lapse once delivery has started with your consent. The exact terms are in the terms and conditions.
