After a successful payment your order is processed by our licence supplier. Once the licence is ready, it appears on your order page and can be retrieved via My licences with your order number and email address.

That depends on the product. Some catalogue items mention instant digital delivery; others are prepared manually. We only show ‘delivered’ when the licence is actually available.

Payment happens in a secure Stripe environment. You can use iDEAL, Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay, depending on what Stripe offers. LicentieVoordeel does not store payment details.

Yes. During checkout you can mark the order as business and enter company name, registration number and VAT number. For larger volumes you can request a quote on the business page.

Sign-in, registration, password reset, orders and licence lookup live on our own account pages, with the same session as cart and checkout. Go to My account, or use Look up a licence with your order number and email address.

Contact us via the contact form and include your order number. We will then contact the licence supplier.
